I have the 55″ digital display and I cannot locate where to insert the USB drive. The display has been mounted on the wall

There is a small door at the bottom of the display. Please open it with the key, then insert the USB drive there.

Could you please provide answers for the 32”. Inch FHD Digital Picture Frame.
1. Is the 32” inches measured like TV screens i.e. top left to bottom right, and what are the regular full dimensions or specs of the Frame?
2. Is there a vesa mount for this model to mount on a sloped ceiling?
3. How do vertical images show if the frame is mounted horizontally i.e. will they not be stretched which will distort the image or will they center in the frame with black outs on each side and if so could the blackout background color be changed?

1. Is the 32” inches measured like TV screens i.e. top left to bottom right, and what are the regular full dimensions or specs of the Frame?
32″ is the size of the LED display panel, for the whole size please go to product page then click “Specification” tab.
2. Is there a vesa mount for this model to mount on a sloped ceiling?
There are 4 “VESA” mounting holes for mounting, you need to get VESA mount locally.
3. How do vertical images show if the frame is mounted horizontally i.e. will they not be stretched which will distort the image or will they center in the frame with black outs on each side and if so could the blackout background color be changed?
The images won’t change, so if you want to mounted horizontally, please use 1920×1080 images for best viewing experience.

Can you help me? I have download the playlist on my notebook and added the files to the playlist and name it Playlist and the file type is (playlist.txt) I copy playlist on the USB Jump Drive and put it in the Frame but will not Copy to the Frame. What can I do?

I’m not sure if understand you correctly.
Unlike digital frame, advertising frame don’t have/can’t no build-in any internal memory, it can just read files from your USB drive or CF/SD memory card, so it will/can not copy your PLAYLIST.TXT to the frame.
It should be PLAYLIST.TXT (capitalization ).
If you just want to copy the file to target memory card/USB drive automatically, please refer to the manaul (Page 7 Auto copy ).
